Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. jil77 employs technical and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts belonging to the same individual may be suspended, and any balances or pending withdrawals may be forfeited.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to make a deposit to your jil77 account. jil77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Before any withdrawal is processed, you must have completed jil77's KYC verification process. This requires submission of a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, GSIS ID, or PRC ID) and proof of address. jil77 aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 to 48 hours of receiving complete documentation.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one to three banking days, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.
